Instructions for Transferring Securities to Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy

1. STEP ONE: Please notify ????, the CNPC Treasurer, of your intended stock gift by calling ??????? or emailing treasurer@chattahoocheeparks.org.
2. STEP TWO: Prior to transfer, please call (or have your broker call) Adrian Pangilinan at (212)902-0911 at Goldman, Sachs & Co. with:

a)  your name
b)  account name (Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy )
c)  broker’s name, firm, and direct phone number
d)  name of securities
e)  approximate number of shares
f)  approximate value of securities
g)  expected date of wire transfer
h)  intended purpose of the gift (e.g. general purposes, endowment, etc.)

Please instruct your broker to wire our bank YOUR NAME and CHATTAHOOCHEE NATIONAL PARK CONSERVANCY'S NAME.  Each year we receive some stock gifts by wire that carry neither the donor’s name nor our name.  The “blind” stock thus sits unclaimed in our account at Wells Fargo and delays your acknowledgement.

3. STEP THREE: Please have your broker wire the stock to Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy's account at Wells Fargo.
