Winter Trees in the Park with Kathryn Kolb
Jan 26, 2-4:30 PM
CPC Members Only

Every season is beautiful in our native woodlands. The winter season gives us the opportunity to focus on tree bark and other clues to identifying trees without their green foliage. Eco-Addendum's (Eco-A) Kathryn Kolb leads us on a forest tour from ridge top to floodplain to help identify many tree species found in this area that hosts a rich diversity of trees. Note: The 2 1/2-mile, moderate walk has up-hill climbs. Age 10 and up required. No dogs, please. Limit: 15

Guide: Kathryn Kolb is a naturalist and fine art photographer of natural forms and landscapes, and Director of Eco-A. Eco-A leads naturalist walks and innovative outings in all seasons in the Atlanta metro-area and beyond. For more information, visit EcoAddendum.org.
