STAY CONNECTED
Ready to take your run off-road? Join us for an exciting introduction to trail running with Salomon North America and CNPC! Whether you're new to trail running, looking to sharpen your skills, or just want to connect with fellow trail lovers, this is a great opportunity to explore the beauty of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area while learning the ins and outs of trail running.
The event will include a Salomon shoe demo (where you can test out their latest gear designed for rugged terrain) and an overview of best practices for running in the park, covering everything from trail etiquette and safety to navigating rocky paths and uneven ground. After the learning session, we’ll hit the trails for a fun and scenic ~2.5 mile run through the Island Ford Unit of the park.
No matter your experience level, you’ll leave feeling confident and ready to tackle the trails on your own. Hope to see you there!
Limit: Registration is required to attend and is limited to 30 participants.
Location: Outside the Visitor Center of the Island Ford unit of CRNRA (8800 Roberts Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30350).
Note: CRNRA requires a $5 daily parking fee or the purchase of a $40 annual pass. Passes can be purchased on-site by scanning a QR code or by visiting the CRNRA website here.
