GUIDED WELLNESS HIKE

LED BY Hike with Banji

Saturday, October 19th

8:30 - 11:30 AM

This month, we’re excited to partner with Hike with Banji for a guided wellness hike at Bowmans Island! We’ll start with deep Breathing with Nature exercises, followed by a few minutes of silent hiking to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty around us. Along the way, we’ll engage in Guided Affirmations, designed to promote positivity and inner calm. Whether you're seeking a moment of peace or simply looking to recharge, this hike will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Please contact info@hikewithbanji.com with any questions.
